Richard Campana is a Marseille-born painter, visual artist, illustrator, and poster artist, trained during the psychedelic period when he worked for Actuel magazine. A pioneer of large-scale murals, he also distinguishes himself as a watercolorist and draftsman, capturing with humor and tenderness the common people of Marseille in his creations. His unique career path has led him to participate in the creation of theater and film sets and costumes, enriching his multidisciplinary artistic palette. Richard Campana is the author of numerous murals on Marseille's buildings and has participated in major projects such as the Funny Zoo and the Cow Parade. For Undartground, he created the exclusive poster "The Origins of Marseille," a poetic and personal work celebrating the roots of the Phocaean city, available in limited print in 30x40cm format.
